Enrollment deadline
Applicants must respond and complete their enrollment within two weeks of receiving their decision notification. If spaces remain available after the enrollment deadline, the Admission Committee will continue to review applicants on a rolling basis. This includes reconsidering waitlisted applicants and evaluating new applications.

2026-2027 admission cycle ends
The admissions cycle will close on August 31, 2026, or once enrollment reaches capacity for the year, whichever occurs first. A notification will be posted on the website when the current admissions cycle has officially closed.
Admission decisions will be released on an ongoing basis as applications are reviewed.
Families who met the February 13 deadline will be notified of their admission status. The possible outcomes are:
Accepted: The Admission Committee determines that the applicant is a good fit for Community Prep. The applicant will be offered a spot and a financial aid package if applicable.
Not Accepted: The Admission Committee concludes that the applicant is not a suitable match for Community Prep at this time.
Waitlisted: The applicant meets the admission criteria, but there are not enough available spaces. They will be placed in a waiting pool without a specific ranking.
All applicants will receive a phone call from the Director of Admissions at various points during the application process, with most notifications taking place in the spring.
If a space becomes available before the start of the new school year, the Admissions Committee will review students on the waitlist as well as any new applicants.
