Cheers to 40 Years! will begin with a complimentary cocktail reception featuring passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by a seated dinner crafted by McGrath Catering. This celebratory gathering offers an opportunity for camaraderie and reflection on the remarkable journey that has brought Community Prep to this momentous milestone.
Guiding us through the evening will be the esteemed emcee, Michelle Muscatello, Vice President of Communications and External Affairs at Delta Dental of Rhode Island.
Entertainment for the evening will feature the captivating soul and R&B melodies of Alexus Lee, a distinguished alumna of Community Prep from the Class of 2006, who is an RI Music Award-nominated singer, songwriter, and producer.

In honor of the visionary leader who laid the foundations for academic excellence and a beloved community, we are proud to announce the establishment of The Dan Corley Legacy Endowed Scholarship. This perpetual scholarship fund will be a testament to the enduring impact of Dan’s commitment to shaping young minds, fostering a culture of learning, and building a community committed to the pursuit of knowledge.
The Dan Corley Legacy Endowed Scholarship is designed to celebrate and carry forward Dan’s legacy by providing financial support to outstanding students who embody the values, principles, and commitment to excellence that he instilled in Community Preparatory School. This scholarship aims to empower deserving individuals to pursue higher education, fostering a new generation of leaders, scholars, and community builders.
The Dan Corley Legacy Endowed Scholarship is a living tribute to the enduring legacy of a remarkable individual whose vision, passion, and dedication continue to shape Community Prep. Through this scholarship, we will nurture future leaders who will carry forward his spirit of academic excellence, community engagement, and lifelong learning. To date, we have raised $30,000 towards our $500,000 goal, which is the cost of establishing a full endowed scholarship. Dan feels $500,000 is an ambitious, strong goal to take on. Together, we celebrate the legacy of Dan and invest in the limitless potential of the students who will continue to manifest and exemplify his vision.
